AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3815

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3815 on page 3, line
318, after "period.", by inserting "Notwithstanding the other
4provisions of this subsection (2), the employer of a pesticide
5applicator or operator licensee may notify the Director that
6the licensee's employment has been terminated. If the employer
7submits that notification, the employer shall return to the
8Director the licensee's pesticide applicator or operator
9license card and may request that the Department allow the
10unused portion of the terminated licensee's pesticide
11applicator or operator license term to be used by a newly
12certified individual that has successfully completed one or
13more written examinations and provides documentation
14demonstrating the required financial responsibility for a
15licensee, and the Director may issue a pesticide applicator or
16operator license to the newly certified individual with an
17expiration date equal to the original license after payment of
18a $10 fee.".
