SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes various FY16 appropriations to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2015.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $5,853,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 10. The amount of $1,165,400, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 20. The amount of $1,326,700, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Board Revolving Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 30. The amount of $394,700, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
