| 3 | 20, by inserting after the period the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "If the court determines that the person convicted of | ||||||
| 5 | disorderly conduct under paragraph (4) or (6) of subsection (a) | ||||||
| 6 | is indigent, the provisions of this subsection (e) do not | ||||||
| 7 | apply.".
