AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4141

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4141, by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department on Aging:

DISTRIBUTIVE ITEMS

COMMUNITY CARE

Payable from General Revenue Fund:

  For grants and for administrative

   expenses associated with the purchase

   of services covered by the Community

   Care Program, including prior year costs.... 728,517,900

  For grants and for administrative

   expenses associated with Capitated

   Care Coordination............................ 31,504,800

Payable from the Commitment to Human Services

 Fund:

  For grants and for administrative expenses

   associated with the purchase of

   services covered by the Community Care

   Program, including prior year costs.......... 99,000,000

    The Department, with the consent in writing from the Governor, may reapportion not more than 10 percent of the total appropriations of General Revenue Funds in Section 5 above among the various purposes therein enumerated.

Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.”.
