AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4141, AS AMENDED, by inserting the following in its proper numeric sequence:

    “Section 30.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to the Department of Human Services:

    The Department, with the consent in writing from the Governor, may reapportion not more than 10 percent of the total appropriation of General Revenue Funds in Section 32 among the various purposes therein enumerated.

    The Department, with the consent in writing from the Governor, may reapportion not more than two percent of the total appropriation of General Revenue Funds in Section 33 above "Addiction Treatment" among the purposes therein enumerated.

    Section 34. The sum of $488,800, or as much thereof is necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a pilot program to study uses and effects of medication assisted treatments for addiction and for the prevention of relapse to opioid dependence in publicly-funded treatment program.

    Section 34.5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for Family and Community Services and related distributive purposes, including such Federal funds as are made available by the Federal government for the following purposes:
