AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4141

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4141, AS AMENDED, by inserting the following in its proper numeric sequence:

    “Section 35. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for income assistance and related distributive purposes, including such Federal funds as are made available by the Federal Government for the following purposes:

GRANTS-IN-AID

Payable from General Revenue Fund:

  For Funeral and Burial Expenses under

   Articles III, IV, and V, including

   prior year costs............................ 9,000,000”.
