AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4141, AS AMENDED, by inserting the following in its proper numeric sequence:

    “Section 45. The following named amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human Services:

HOME SERVICES PROGRAM

GRANTS-IN-AID

Payable from General Revenue Fund:

  For Purchase of Services of the

   Home Services Program, pursuant

   to 20 ILCS 2405/3, including

   operating, administrative, and

   prior year costs:........................... 340,000,000

  For Capitated Care Coordination............... 12,234,500

    Total $352,234,500

    The Department, with the consent in writing from the Governor, may reapportion not more than 10 percent of the total appropriation of General Revenue Funds in Section 50 above among the various purposes therein enumerated.”.
