AN ACT making appropriations.

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5. The amount of $166,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for costs associated with epilepsy treatment services.

ARTICLE 2

    Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity:

OFFICE OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING

GRANTS

Payable from the Federal Workforce Training Fund:

 For costs associated with the Workforce

 Investment Act and other workforce

 training programs, including refunds

 and prior year costs ........................... 1,117,200

ARTICLE 998

    Section 5. The appropriation authority granted in this Act shall be valid only for costs incurred July 1, 2015 through July 31, 2015.

                         ARTICLE 999

Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
