AN ACT making appropriations.

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

... ARTICLE 1

    Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof as are available for distribution in accordance with Section 8 of the Motor Fuel Tax Law, are appropriated from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to the Department of Transportation for the purposes stated:

    To Municipalities........................... 71,443,800

    To Counties for Distribution to

     Road Districts............................. 23,154,300

    Total                                      $145,625,100

  Section 10.  The amount of $120,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants associated with Child Care Services, including operating and administrative costs.

ARTICLE 998

    Section 5. The appropriation authority granted in this Act shall be valid only for costs incurred July 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015.

                         ARTICLE 999

Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
