AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4150
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4150 by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:
“ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $12,612,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants and administrative expenses associated with the Department’s rebalancing efforts pursuant to 20 ILCS 1305/1-50 and in support of the Department’s efforts to expand home and community-based services, including rebalancing and transition costs associated with compliance with consent decrees.
Section 10. The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for Grants-In-Aid and Purchased Care in its various regions pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of the Community Services Act and the Community Mental Health Act:

Section 15. The sum of $770,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Sexually Violent Persons Program.
Section 20. The appropriation authority granted in Article 1 shall be valid only for costs incurred July 1, 2015 through October 31, 2015.
ARTICLE 2
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for Family and Community Services and related distributive purposes, including such Federal funds as are made available by the Federal government for the following purposes:

Section 10. The following named amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, is appropriated to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board as follows:

For payment of and/or reimbursement
of training and training services
in accordance with statutory provisions...... 12,000,000
Section 15. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for the training of law enforcement personnel and services for families of victims of homicide or murder:

For Awards and Grants to State Agencies
