SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates additional amounts from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Department of Human Services for the Child Care Assistance Program. Effective Immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. “AN ACT making appropriations”, Public Act 98-0680, approved June 30, 2014, is amended by changing Section 10 of Article 9 as follows:
(P.A. 98-0680, Art. 9, Sec. 10)
Sec. 10. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for income assistance and related distributive purposes, including such Federal funds as are made available by the Federal Government for the following purposes:

The Department, with the consent in writing from the Governor, may reapportion not more than ten percent of the total appropriation of General Revenue Funds in Section 5 above "For Income Assistance and Related Distributive Purposes" among the various purposes therein enumerated.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
