AN ACT concerning appropriations.

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Office of the Architect of the Capitol for a statue commemorating former U.S. Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
