| 7 | | Sec. 143.35. Fidelity bonds for individuals. An insurer |
| 8 | | that offers fidelity bonds may not be required to offer them to |
| 9 | | any individual. An insurer that offers fidelity bonds may set |
| 10 | | the scope of the bond for individuals with a record of arrest, |
| 11 | | conviction, or imprisonment, including the amount of the bond |
| 12 | | and the acts covered.".
