AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1,173,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for grants and administrative expenses for the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center for the Methamphetamine Pilot Program.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
