SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $22,000,000 to the Department of State Police from the State Police Firearm Services Fund for expenses as outlined in the Firearm Concealed Carry Act and the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $22,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of State Police from the State Police Firearm Services Fund for expenses as outlined in the Firearm Concealed Carry Act and the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
