AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4538 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4538, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 2, line 16, by replacing "subsection (b)" with 
5"subsections (b) and (c)"; and
 
6on page 3,  by inserting immediately below line 2, the 
7following:
8    "(c)  This Section does not apply to the operation of an 
9aircraft or unmanned aerial vehicle by any person or entity 
10that has been authorized by  the Federal Aviation 
11Administration."; and


 
12on page 3, line 3, by replacing "(c)" with "(d)"; and
 
13on page 9, line 7, by replacing "subsection (b)" with 
14"subsections (b) and (c)"; and
