AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4576




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4576 on page 3, by 
3replacing lines 7 through 14 with the following:
4    "(e) All members shall be appointed for terms of 3 years. 
5No member shall serve more than 2 consecutive terms. A member 
6shall serve until his or her successor is appointed and 
7qualified."; and

 
8on page 3, by deleting lines 19 through 21; and
 

9on page 3, line 22, by replacing "(h)" with "(g)"; and
 

10on page 4, line 2, by replacing "(j)" with "(h)"; and
 
11on page 4, line 5, after "report", by inserting "through 2020"; 
12and
 

13on page 4, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following:

1        "(3) in coordination with the Genetic and Metabolic 
2    Diseases Advisory Committee, the screening of newborn 
3    children for the presence of genetic disorders; and"; and
 

4on page 5, immediately below line 3, by inserting the

6    "Section 90. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 
72020.".
