AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4632 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4632 on page 18, by 
3replacing lines 5 through 10 with the following:


4"qualified service member to this State or, in the case of a 
5qualified service member who has been honorably discharged, 
6prior to the date of his or her discharge.  For the purposes of 
7this item (37), "qualified service member" means an active duty 
8or honorably discharged  member of the Armed Forces of the 
9United States, a reserve component of the Armed Forces of the 
10United States, or the National Guard.  For the purposes of this 
11item (37), "domestic partner""; and
 
12on page 33, by replacing lines 2 through 7 with the following:
13"qualified service member to this State or, in the case of a 
14qualified service member who has been honorably discharged, 
15prior to the date of his or her discharge.  For the purposes of 
16this item (29), "qualified service member" means an active duty
