| 3 | | replacing lines 20 through 23 with the following: |

receiving medication assisted treatment under the care of

| 6 | | physician licensed in this State to practice medicine in all
of |
| 7 | | its branches. Drug court participants may not be required to |
| 8 | | refrain from using medication assisted treatment as a term or |
| 9 | | condition of successful completion of the drug court program."; |
| 10 | | and

| 11 | | on page 3, lines 24 and 25, by replacing "medically prescribed |
| 12 | | drug treatments" with "medication assisted treatment".
