| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5601 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 10 through 14 with the following:

| 4 | | "a complaint is false, intended to harass, or intended to |
| 5 | | defraud the Department, the Department shall keep an internal |
| 6 | | list of violators for the purpose of allowing the Department to |
| 7 | | take action against persons who knowingly transmit a false |
| 8 | | report pursuant to subsection (h) of this Section."; and

| 9 | | on page 7, by replacing lines 11 through 15 with the following:
