AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5612

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5612 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5. The amount of $5,100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for the construction of bicycle and pedestrian safety and traffic-calming projects under the Safe Routes to School Construction Program.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2016.”.
