AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5755




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5755 as follows:
 
3on page 5, line 3, by replacing "consumer" with "borrower"; and
 
4on page 5, line 7, by replacing "consumer" with "borrower"; and
  
5on page 5, line 9, by replacing "transaction loan" with "loan 
6transaction"; and 


 
7on page 10, by replacing lines 21 through 24 with the 
8following:
 
9"constitute approval of the use of the network designation as a 
10brand or other identifier of the surviving credit union. If the 
11surviving credit union desires to include the network 
12designation in its legal name, make any other change to its 
13legal name, or both, it shall proceed with"; and
