| 8 | | on page 2, line 16, by deleting "or"; and

| 9 | | on page 2, line 19, by replacing "device." with the following: |
| 10 | | "device; or |
| 11 | | (4) for a retail mercantile establishment as defined in |
| 12 | | Section 16-0.1 of this Code to track the location of |
| 13 | | customers within its establishment for commercial |
| 14 | | purposes.".
