AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5901 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5901 as follows:


 
3on page 1, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following:
4"the 2016-2017 school year, every school district shall report, 
5for each of its schools, all of the following to the State 
6Board of"; and
 
7on page 1, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:
8        "(1) Every reliable assessment that measures a certain 
9    group or subset of students in the same manner with the 
10    same potential assessment items; is scored by a 
11    non-district entity; is administered either statewide or 
12    beyond Illinois, such as assessments available from the 
13    Northwest Evaluation Association, Scantron Performance 
14    Series assessments, Renaissance Learning's STAR Reading 
15    Enterprise assessments, the College Board's SAT, Advanced 
16    Placement or International Baccalaureate examinations, or

1    ACT's Educational Planning and Assessment System tests; 
2    and will be administered by each school that school year.".
