AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5907




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5907 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:


 
 
4    "Section 5. "An Act concerning regulation", approved 
5December 7, 2016 (Public Act 99-906), is amended by adding 
6Section 99 as follows:
 



7    (P.A. 99-906, Sec. 99 new)


8    Sec. 99. Effective date. The following provisions of this 
9Act (Public Act 99-906) take effect on the effective date of 
10this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly (House Bill 
115907):
12        (1) This Section.
13        (2) The provisions amending the Illinois Power Agency 
14    Act by changing Section 1-75, except for the provisions 
15    adding subsection (d-5) to Section 1-75.
16        (3) The provisions amending the Public Utilities Act by

2    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
3becoming law.".
