2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $24,000 to the |
5 | | State of Illinois, and subject to the condition set forth in |
6 | | Section 15 of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation is |
7 | | authorized to convey by quitclaim deed to the City of Morris |
8 | | all right, title and interest in and to the following described |
9 | | land in Grundy County: |

7 | | after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required |
8 | | by the Section, shall record the certified document in the |
9 | | Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located. |
10 | | Section 20. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the |
11 | | Department of Natural Resources, and subject to the condition |
12 | | set forth in Sections 30 and 35 of this Act, the Director of |
13 | | the Department of Natural Resources is authorized to convey by |
14 | | quitclaim deed to the Village of Bureau Junction all right, |
15 | | title and interest in and to the following described land in |
16 | | Bureau County: |

12 | | title, the enacting clause, the effective date, and the |
13 | | appropriate Section or Sections containing the land |
14 | | descriptions of the property to be conveyed within 60 days |
15 | | after its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment |
16 | | required by the Section or Sections, shall record the certified |
17 | | document in the Recorder's Office in the County in which the |
18 | | land is located.

19 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
20 | | becoming law.
