| 2 | | I move to accept the specific recommendations of the |

as to House Bill 6027 in manner and form as follows: |
| 4 | | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6027 |
| 5 | | IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS |
| 6 | | Amend House Bill 6027 on page 3, line 3, by replacing |
| 7 | | "$1,000,000" with "$500,000"; and
|
| 8 | | on page 3, by replacing line 25 with the following: "(f) |
| 9 | | One-hundred percent of the moneys deposited into the Fund"; and
|
| 10 | | on page 4, by replacing lines 1 through 6 with the following: |
| 11 | | "for healthy local food incentives."; and
|
| 12 | | on page 5, immediately after line 3, by inserting the |
| 13 | | following: "(i) This section is repealed on June 30, 2018.".
