| 3 | | on page 3, line 18, after the period, by inserting the |

| 5 | | "A business that provides pet services that include, but is not |
| 6 | | limited to, dog training and grooming services shall report an |
| 7 | | incident of an animal documented to have bitten a person to the |
| 8 | | owner, caretaker, or agent, who then shall present the animal |
| 9 | | to a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours.".
