| 3 | on page 3, by replacing lines 16 through 18 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(a-5) The owner, or if the owner is unavailable, an agent | ||||||
| 5 | or caretaker of an animal documented to have bitten a person | ||||||
| 6 | shall present the animal to a licensed veterinarian within 24 | ||||||
| 7 | hours. A veterinarian".
