AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
“ARTICLE 1
Section 5. “AN ACT making appropriations”, Public Act 99-0491, approved December 7, 2015, is amended by changing Section 55 of Article 1 as follows:
(P.A. 99-0491, Art. 1, Sec. 55)
The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for Grants-In-Aid and Purchased Care in its various regions pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of the Community Services Act and the Community Mental Health Act:
DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES GRANTS AND PROGRAM SUPPORT
GRANTS-IN-AID AND PURCHASED CARE
Payable from Special Olympics Illinois and
Special Children’s Charities Fund:
For grants to Special Olympics Illinois
and Special Children’s

Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
