| 6 | | on page 13, by replacing lines 8 through 14 with the following: |
| 7 | | "(d) Grievances and appeals. The Department shall display |
| 8 | | prominently on its website consumer-oriented information |
| 9 | | describing how a Medicaid enrollee can file a complaint or |
| 10 | | grievance, request a fair hearing for any adverse action taken |
| 11 | | by the Department or a Medicaid Managed Care Entity, and access |
| 12 | | free legal assistance or other assistance made available by the |
| 13 | | State for Medicaid enrollees to pursue an action.".
