HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Warren 
4Allen, II of Chicago, who passed away on September 24, 2014; 
5and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Warren Allen, II served as a Scout Leader  for the 
7Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, Pack and Troop 120; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Warren Allen, II was known as a "spit and polish" 
9leader and for his Class A uniform; he was always sporting his 
10ranger hat and hiking staff; he epitomized the Scout motto, "Be 
11Prepared", and was always looking forward to the next outing or 
12hike; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, Pack and Troop 120 are 
14chartered by New Faith Baptist Church International; and
  
 

  
15    WHEREAS, Warren Allen, II was the beloved husband of 
16Carolyn; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
18NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
19mourn the passing of Warren Allen, II, and extend our sincere 
20condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved

2    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
3presented to the family of Warren Allen, II as an expression of
