| 3 | | hold its 22nd annual Membership/Awards Reception on March 18, |
| 4 | | 2015 at the South Shore Culture Center in Chicago; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, This year's theme is "Educating Our Youth to Build |
| 6 | | Our Future for Tomorrow"; therefore, be it

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 8 | | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 9 | | congratulate the African American Contractors Association on |
| 10 | | its 22nd annual Membership/Awards Reception; and be it further

| 11 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 12 | | presented to the African American Contractors Association as an |
