| 6 | | WHEREAS, Joshua Rudd played football and baseball all 4 |
| 7 | | years at Roxana Senior High School; and

| 8 | | WHEREAS, Joshua Rudd received the Outstanding Industrial |
| 9 | | Technology Award for Machine Shop Technology and Mechanical

| 10 | | Drafting; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Joshua Rudd's parents are Charles and Sherri Rudd; |

| 13 | | WHEREAS, Joshua Rudd plans on attending Southern Illinois |
| 14 | | University at Carbondale and majoring in engineering and
