HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of  Mother 
4Anna M. Crouse of Peoria, who passed away on April 24, 2015; 
5and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Anna Crouse was born on May 29, 1912 in Dickson, 
7Tennessee; her parents were Wesley Harris and Gertrude 
8Mayberry; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Anna Crouse worked at the old Jefferson Hotel and 
10Saint Francis Hospital for many years until her retirement; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Anna Crouse was a faithful member of New Morning 
12Star Missionary Baptist Church for 58 years; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Anna Crouse was preceded in death by her husband, 
14William Crouse; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Anna Crouse is survived by her daughter, LaRosa 
16(Michael) Humbles; 5 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a 
17brother; 3 sisters; and her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, 
18and great-nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

1NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
2we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of 
3Mother Anna M. Crouse; and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Anna Crouse as an expression of our 
6sympathy.
