HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to recognize Dr. Sadiq Mohyuddin, Talat 
4Gul Mohyuddin, and Dr. Yusuf Mohyuddin for establishing  the 
5Mohyuddin Endowment in support of The Mohyuddin Pulmonary Lab 
6at OSF Saint Anthony's Health Center; and
  
 
  
7    WHEREAS, The Mohyuddin Pulmonary Lab is designed to 
8increase awareness and the prevention of pulmonary diseases and 
9to support technological advancements  in respiratory services; 
10and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Dr. Sadiq Mohyuddin has been on the medical staff 
12of OSF Saint Anthony's Health Center for over 44 years; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Dr. Yusuf Mohyuddin joined Saint Anthony's 
14Physician Group in 2007; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, An inauguration and dedication ceremony will take 
16place at The Mohyuddin Pulmonary Lab at OSF Saint Anthony's 
17Health Center on June 6, 2015; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
20recognize Dr. Sadiq Mohyuddin, Talat Gul Mohyuddin, and Dr.

1Yusuf Mohyuddin for establishing  the Mohyuddin Endowment in 
2support of The Mohyuddin Pulmonary Lab at OSF Saint Anthony's 
3Health Center; and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That suitable copies of this resolution be 
5presented to Dr. Sadiq Mohyuddin, Talat Gul Mohyuddin, and Dr. 
6Yusuf Mohyuddin as an expression of our esteem and respect.
