| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate the Wellness House in |
| 4 | | Hinsdale on the occasion of its 25th anniversary; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Through support groups, exercise and nutrition |
| 6 | | classes, counseling and more, Wellness House offers the |
| 7 | | strength, community, and confidence that cancer can take away; |
| 8 | | and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Wellness House believes in living a fulfilling |
| 10 | | life with cancer and is dedicated to offering programs and |
| 11 | | developing partnerships across more communities to reach more |
| 12 | | people where they live and work; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Wellness House envisions a community where all |
| 14 | | people affected by cancer thrive; offered at no cost, and as a |
| 15 | | complement to medical treatment, the programs educate, |
| 16 | | support, and empower participants so they will improve their |
| 17 | | physical and emotional well-being; therefore, be it
|
| 18 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 19 | | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 20 | | congratulate the Wellness House on its 25th anniversary and we |
| 21 | | wish them many more wonderful years; and be it further
