HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to recognize the 20th anniversary of the International Pentecostal Assembly Ecumenical (IPA Fellowship); and

WHEREAS, The district chapters of IPA Fellowship are made up of churches from multiple denominations and faith-based organizations that have united for the purpose of Kingdom building through the sharing of ideas, data, resources, information, and services to meet the spiritual, physical, and social needs of all humanity; the IPA Fellowship hosts seminars, luncheons, and networking events in various communities; importance is placed on teaching and deliverance in outreach activities, including the jail ministry, the street ministry, parole chaplaincy training, ministerial training, and community outreach; and

WHEREAS, The founder, overseer, and CEO of IPA Fellowship is Chief Apostle Dr. William McCoy; he is also the pastor of the Brothers Keeper Community Outreach Church, the Brothers Keeper Community Resource Center, and The International Pentecostal Faith and Community Action Network, Inc.; these organizations were created to call attention to the need for a message of deliverance from substance addictions, domestic abuse, and other such issues; and

WHEREAS, This year's theme is: "A Thirsting of the Believers"; and

WHEREAS, This year's convocation will take place at the international headquarters located at the Brothers Keeper Community Outreach Church Ministries in Chicago Heights from June 16, 2015 through June 20, 2015; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we recognize the 20th anniversary of the International Pentecostal Assembly Ecumenical and wish them many more successful years; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the IPA Fellowship as an expression of our esteem and respect.
