7 | | Illinois; his parents are Robin and Christopher Eldredge; and

8 | | WHEREAS, Brett Eldredge attended Elmhurst College in |
9 | | Elmhurst; after visiting Nashville to see his cousin perform, |
10 | | he transferred to Tennessee State University where he studied |
11 | | country music vocalists such as George Jones, Ray Price, and |
