| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Inez |
| 4 | | Cowsert of Eldorado, who passed away on July 15, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Inez Cowsert was born on March 19, 1915 in Karbers |
| 6 | | Ridge; her parents were Raymond and Junie (nee Ginger) Vaught; |
| 7 | | and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Inez Cowsert was preceded in death by her husband, |
| 9 | | Herbert Cowsert; her children, Shirley Sue and Gerald Jerome |
| 10 | | Cowsert; her sisters, Muriel Potts and Geraldine O'Neal; and |
| 11 | | her brother, Robert Vaught; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Inez Cowsert is survived by her son, Herb |
| 13 | | (Marolyn) Cowsert; her grandchildren, Jana (Bryan) Bebout, |
| 14 | | Jaclyn (Donnie) Prince, Nolan Ty, and Easton Bradley Bebout; |
| 15 | | and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

| 16 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 17 | | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 18 | | we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of |
