2 AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 892 on page 1,

3 line 19, by replacing "Supporting Aged Out Foster Care

4 Children" with "Success by 25"; and

5 on page 2, immediately below line 8, by inserting the

6 following:

7 "RESOLVED, That the primary focus of the Task Force is to

8 identify programs that may be beneficial to young adults

9 between the ages of 18 and 21 who are in the care of the

10 Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and the

11 secondary focus is to examine new programs and laws for young

12 adults between the ages of 21 and 25 who were formerly in the

13 care of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services

14 to ensure their continued success for independent living; and

15 be it further"; and

2 of Children and Family Services; one representative from the

3 Office of the Cook County Public Guardian, appointed by the
