| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate Laurie Glass on being |
| 4 | | named the Illinois High School Association Illinois Girls Golf |
| 5 | | Coach of the Year; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Laurie Glass has been at Metropolis Elementary |
| 7 | | School for 12 years; she is currently a reading aide for all |
| 8 | | ages; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Laurie Glass was an assistant girls track coach |
| 10 | | for 3 years before becoming the girls' golf coach; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Laurie Glass's team made a serious run at the |
| 12 | | championship, finishing in 2nd place; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 14 | | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 15 | | congratulate Laurie Glass on being named the Illinois High |
| 16 | | School Association Illinois Girls Golf Coach of the Year and we |
| 17 | | wish her many more successful years; and be it further

| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 | | presented to Laurie Glass as an expression of our esteem and |
| 20 | | respect.
