HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate the Concord Group on the occasion of the company's 20th anniversary in 2016; and

WHEREAS, The Concord Group specializes in fields of project management, cost management, cost segregation, and real estate advisory services; the company, headquartered in Chicago, has provided services in every state in the country and has offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Grand Rapids, Michigan; and

WHEREAS, The Concord Group and its staff of 30 professionals have built a reputation for providing high-quality, accurate, and timely work for over 100 clients, including government agencies, healthcare organizations, institutional clients, architectural and engineering firms, and retail, residential, and property development companies, since the company's founding in 1996; and

WHEREAS, The Concord Group is headed by Edward Stritch, who provides oversight on all aspects of the firm's construction consulting services; he has more than 40 years of construction management experience as both a consultant and a contractor and has worked on three continents; and

WHEREAS, The Concord Group and its employees serve as models of hard work, integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate the owners and employees of the Concord Group on the occasion of the company's 20th anniversary and wish them continued success and happiness in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the Concord Group as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
