service organization

professional women; and

| 12 | | WHEREAS, Betsy Coulture has been actively
involved in a |

organizations, including the
Elgin Community |

the Northeast Neighbors Association, where she served |
| 15 | | as President,
and the Elgin Historic
Preservation Commission; |
| 16 | | she has been
an active member of Admirers
of Beautiful Old |
| 17 | | Dwelling
in Elgin, a docent with the Gifford
Park Association's |
| 18 | | Historic
House Tour, and a volunteer
with the Downtown

| 19 | | Neighborhood Association,
the Elgin Fourth of July Parade,
