HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to recognize Apostle Dr. Marshall Davis on 
4the occasion of his 30th anniversary as Pastor of the 
5Chicagoland Christian Center Embassy; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Dr. Davis was called to the ministry in 1986; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Dr. Davis serves his congregants through 
8education, the food pantry, the school of ministry, the senior 
9living building, and the Marshall Davis Ministries; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Dr. Davis and his wife, Prophetess Dr. Catherine 
11Davis, have been married for 46 years and have five children 
12and three grandchildren; and
  
 
  
13    WHEREAS, Dr. Davis continues to serve his community with 
14wisdom, integrity, valor, and compassion; therefore, be it
  
 
15    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
16NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
17recognize Apostle Dr. Marshall Davis on his 30th anniversary as 
18Pastor of the Chicagoland Christian Center Embassy and we wish 
19him many more wonderful years; and be it further
