HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate  the members of the Wheaton 
4Warrenville South High School Tigers girls golf team on the 
5occasion of winning the 2016 IHSA Class AA Girls Golf Team 
6Championship; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, The Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers received 
8five scores of 78 or better and achieved a seven-shot victory 
9(605-612) to win the IHSA Class AA Girls Golf Team 
10Championship; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, This victory is the first State title to be won by 
12any Wheaton Warrenville South High School girls athletic 
13program; their second-round score of 307 was the lowest ever 
14recorded at the State tournament for a girls golf team; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, The members of the Wheaton Warrenville South 
16Tigers  are Sarah Hauenstein, Hadley Moritz, Priya Desai, 
17Annalee Danneger, Emma Field, and Olivia Rojas; they are 
18coached by Art Tang; and

  
 
19    WHEREAS, The Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers serve as 
20models of hard work, integrity, and dedication for the people 
21of the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
2NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
3congratulate the members of the Wheaton Warrenville South High 
4School Tigers girls golf team on the occasion of winning the 
52016 IHSA Class AA Girls Golf Team Championship and wish them 
6continued success and happiness in the future; and be it

8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers as a symbol
