HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate  Jonathan McEnery of Troop 
434 in Staunton on the occasion of obtaining the rank of Eagle 
5Scout with the Boy Scouts of America; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, To show his leadership skills and his worthiness 
7for the rank of Eagle Scout, Jonathan McEnery led an extensive 
8project to create and install fish habitats and duck habitats 
9at Staunton Lake; he also made changes to the City of Staunton 
10Rules sign at the lake and installed a new sign on the grounds; 
11his project will benefit both the wildlife of the lake and 
12those who visit the lake; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Jonathan McEnery went before the Eagle Board and 
14was granted his rank on October 11, 2016, joining the ranks of 
15the few who obtain the coveted rank of Eagle Scout; and

  
 
16    WHEREAS, Jonathan McEnery serves as a model of hard work, 
17integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of 
18Illinois; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
20NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
21congratulate Jonathan McEnery on the occasion of obtaining the

1rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and wish him 
2continued success and happiness in the future; and be it

4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
