| 2 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 3 | | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 4 | | encourage the General Assembly to provide certainty for the |
| 5 | | State's public institutions of higher education by funding them |
| 6 | | for Fiscal Year 2017 at 90% of the funding levels of Fiscal |
| 7 | | Year 2015; and be it further

| 8 | | RESOLVED, That we encourage the General Assembly to provide |
| 9 | | funding for the monetary award program for Fiscal Year 2017 at |
| 10 | | 90% of the funding levels of Fiscal Year 2015.
