HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Larry and Breona Bynum on 
4celebrating 10 years of marital bliss in 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Larry and Breona Bynum met 18 years ago; they 
6began dating 15 years ago and became engaged 12 years ago; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Larry and Breona Bynum have two children, Brayden, 
8and Brenden; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Larry Bynum is an assembly and test specialist at 
10Caterpillar, Inc.; Breona Bynum is an entrepreneur and 
11hairstylist at Everlasting Images Salon; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Larry Bynum enjoys fishing, sports, and working 
13out; Breona Bynum enjoys shopping, reading, and spending time 
14with her family; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Larry and Breona Bynum are members of Word of 
16Faith Christian Center in Peoria, where Larry is an usher and a 
17volunteer assistant in the nursery, and Breona is the nursery 
18director for ages six weeks to three years; and
 
19    WHEREAS, Larry and Breona Bynum created the "Bynum Bond",

1the purpose of creating a platform to discuss and uplift 
2marriage in the African American community; therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
4NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
5congratulate Larry and Breona Bynum on celebrating 10 years of 
6marital bliss in 2016, and we wish them many more wonderful 
7years; and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to Larry and Breona Bynum as a symbol of our respect 
10and esteem.
