AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 26




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 26, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
43, on page 21, by replacing line 12 with the following:


 
5"taxes, and surcharges on each invoice. Effective January 1, 
62016, "network costs" shall include all of the above listed 
7elements until the Administrator determines otherwise. Any 
8subsequent determination by the Administrator to exclude any of 
9the above listed elements from the definition of "network 
10costs" or add new elements to the definition of "network costs" 
11shall become effective, on a prospective basis only, no earlier 
12than 60 days after written notice of that determination is 
13provided to all carriers, interconnected VoIP providers, 
14vendors, and 9-1-1 Authorities. Notwithstanding any other 
15provision of law, "network "Network costs" shall"; and
 
16on page 47, line 17, by replacing "Division of 9-1-1" with
